General description Dowsil 781 is a high-quality, one-part acetoxy silicone sealant designed for a wide range of sealing applications. It offers excellent adhesion to non-porous surfaces such as glass, aluminum, painted surfaces, and composite boards. The sealant is fast curing, skinning over in about 14 minutes, and becomes tack-free within one hour. It provides strong resistance to aging, shrinkage, cracking, and discoloration, ensuring long-lasting performance. Suitable for both internal and external use, it is ideal for glazing, weather sealing of sheet cladding, curtain walls, draught proofing, and general sealing tasks.
