General description Dowsil 781 is a one-part, fast-curing silicone sealant designed for various sealing applications. It adheres strongly to a wide range of non-porous surfaces, including glass, aluminium, painted surfaces, and composite boards. This sealant provides excellent resistance to aging, shrinkage, cracking, and discoloration, making it suitable for glazing, weather sealing of sheet cladding, curtain walls, draught proofing, and general internal sealing applications. Apply the sealant evenly using a suitable gun or applicator. Allow skin formation for approximately 14 minutes.

Tack-free in one hour with a working time of 5-10 minutes. Skin over time is 14 minutes. WRAS approved for use in contact with potable water once cured.
