General description Dowsil 785+ is a one-part bacteria-resistant silicone sealant in Manhattan Grey, designed for sealing sanitary fittings such as baths, showers, sinks, urinals, and ceramic tile joints. It provides strong adhesion to most non-porous surfaces, including ceramics and porcelain, and contains a fungicide to resist mold growth and protect against bacteria such as MRSA, E. coli, and Salmonella. The sealant cures quickly, becoming tack-free in approximately 30 minutes and fully curing within 24 hours, with a joint movement capability of ±20%.
