Dowsil Firestop 400 Acrylic Sealant White 380ml

Dowsil Firestop 400 is an intumescent acrylic sealant designed for internal fire protection applications. It expands under fire conditions to seal gaps and joints, helping to maintain the integrity of fire walls and partitions. The sealant does not emit halogenated by-products during a fire and resists mildew and mold growth. It is suitable for use on most common construction substrates and is compatible with door frames, window frames, and fire-rated partitions. This product is lightweight and suitable for both home and tradesman use, with a 2-hour fire rating achievable under certain conditions and BS standards testing. The material is white, supplied in a 380 ml volume, and weighs approximately 1.0 kg.
