REPLACEMENT - VHB adhesives can replace mechanical fastening systems (rivets, welds, screws) and liquid adhesives, eliminating the need for drilling, sanding, finishing, screwing, and welding. MULTIPURPOSE - Original adhesive roll, ideal for LED strips, decorations, and adornments on difficult surfaces, with a conformable acrylic foam core. ADAPTABLE - Particularly effective for customized applications on a wide range of materials, including most powder coatings and irregular surfaces.

FORMAT AND IDENTIFICATION - One roll of grey 3M VHB GPH-110GF in 10 mm x 11 m x 1.1 mm; check the width and length before ordering. CONSTRUCTION AND PERFORMANCE - The conformable 1.1 mm acrylic foam is designed for compatible bonds exposed to elevated process and service temperatures. SURFACES AND USES - For profiles, panels, LED components and accessories on suitable metal, glass, ABS, polycarbonate and paint. CONDITIONS AND LIMITS - Confirm actual load, duration and temperature; PP, PE, silicone and porous materials need a separate compatibility test. CAREFUL APPLICATION - Clean, degrease and dry both surfaces. Apply without stretching, press firmly over the full bonded area and allow the adhesive to build before loading.
