Place the trial pads in the shoe before removing the protective film. Position the cushion so that the pointed end is towards the heel and the rounded part is under the bridge of the foot. Remove the protective film and stick the pads with the adhesive side down. Make sure they are symmetrically positioned in both shoes; they can be repositioned as needed. Carefully remove them by pulling slowly and applying pressure to the sole of the shoe near the cushion. It is recommended to replace the cushions after 6 months or at the first signs of wear. Precautions and contraindications: Do not use on damaged or irritated skin. Discontinue use if discomfort or irritation occurs. It is not a reusable product; do not wash.
