Suitable for left or right hand use, it gives the cane a traditional look for everyday walks and light support. SOLID ASH WOOD: Handcrafted from ash wood, with both the handle and shaft made from single pieces rather than glued or laminated layers. The hand-finished stain and protective varnish help reveal the natural wood grain. STRONG BUILD: The two-part construction is joined with a long dowel screw for a strong handle-to-shaft connection. Strength tested up to 120 kg / 265 lbs for everyday walking support, backed by 1 year UK craftsmanship support from Dr. Watson. CAN BE SHORTENED: Supplied at full length of 940 mm / 37 inches. If needed, the lower shaft can be trimmed at home to suit your height, with clear measuring and cutting instructions included inside the box.
