XP1000® side cutters crafted from premium German-forged steel feature induction-hardened jaws for effortless, clean cuts and long-lasting performance. The off-centred, precision-machined pivot pins enable smooth, one-handed operation with minimal play, making cutting easier even on harder wires. The two-part bi-material soft grip handles offer maximum comfort and a secure grip, while the horns help prevent slipping onto live conductors. They are tested to withstand 10,000V and are suitable for working on live circuits up to 1,000V AC and 1,500V DC. Maximum cutting capacity is 2.0 mm.
