It features a patented dual-layer insulated sheath that makes any damage highly visible, providing enhanced protection when used on live lines. The blade is made from hardened, tempered SCVM steel and is chemically blackened, with a precision-machined tip to ensure an exact fit and reduce screw damage. An ergonomic soft-grip bi-material handle supports comfortable use, supports quick spinning, and allows efficient torque transfer, while flat sides help prevent rolling in work environments. The tool is compatible with Pozidriv screws and is suitable for electrical tasks up to 1,000V AC and 1,500V DC, with insulation tested to 10,000V for added confidence during installation and maintenance.
