Draper XP1000 VDE Wire Strippers 99057 160mm Tethered

The Draper XP1000 VDE Certified Wire Stripper is a professional tool forged from premium steel in Germany. It features induction-hardened jaws and precision-ground edges for efficient wire stripping, an adjustable threaded depth screw for accurate stripping, and precision-machined pivot pins to enable smooth, one-handed operation. The ergonomic bi-material soft grip handle provides comfort and grip, with horns designed to prevent slipping onto live conductors. It is tested to withstand 10,000 V and is suitable for working on live circuits up to 1,000 V AC and 1,500 V DC. A tethered fixing solution is available to comply with Work at Height Regulations (sold separately). The tool is designed for wires up to 10 mm in diameter and has a length of 160 mm with a weight of approximately 0.167 kg.
