Coddlers are not a new invention, in fact they have been around since the late 1800s. BIA's new range brings the coddler bang up to date with a selection of contemporary colours and designs. They are a doddle to use - just wipe oil or butter around the inside to add some flavour and to stop the egg from sticking. Then add an egg or two along with any extra ingredients - cheese, smoked salmon ham etc plus some seasoning. Screw on the lid and add to a pan of boiling water for around 10 minutes.
