Dried Dehydrated Kibbled Onion Catering Shaker Jar 200G

A versatile dehydrated onion product - produced from sound, mature, selected, hand-harvested, clean white onions which are free from damage, soil and cuts. Fresh Onions are cored, peeled, washed, inspected, sliced, air dried and sieved to produce dehydrated kibbled onions. The dried onion should be re-hydrated. Simmer for 5 Minutes in approx 10 times their own weight of water then drain. Alternatively soak the onion for approx 2 hours in cold water, then drain. This is supplied in a 200g catering shaker jar ideal for home-use and storage. It comes with a sectioned lid for spooning out product and with holes for shaker jar application.
