Dried French Tarragon 50g

A versatile herb with a sweet, aniseed flavour. Widely used in French cooking, traditionally as part of 'herbs de provence'. Pairs well with fish and seafood dishes. Add to tomato based dishes for a kick of flavour. Add to salad dressings and sauces. The longer it is cooked, the more flavourful it becomes. Supplied in a heat sealed vacuum bag.
