General description Dulux Heritage Velvet Matt is a luxury washable matt emulsion paint formulated with premium quality pigments for excellent depth of color. Technical specifications Finish: Matt Coverage: 13m²/L Recoatable: 2-4 hours Recommended Coats: 2 Installation Stir thoroughly before use. For new, bare, or absorbent surfaces, seal with an appropriate Dulux or Dulux Trade paint before painting. Apply 2 full coats on previously coated or suitably primed surfaces, allowing 2-4 hours to dry between coats.
