Dulux Trade Eggshell Pure Brilliant White 5L

Dulux Trade Eggshell is a solvent-based mid-sheen finish designed for interior wood and metal surfaces. It is self-undercoating and highly durable, offering a tough coating with an attractive finish. Two coats are recommended for best results, and undercoats are only required if there is a strong colour change. The product is suitable for ferrous and non-ferrous metals as well as wood, and it re-coats after about 16–24 hours.

This paint provides a low-to-mid sheen and can be used on existing solvent-based walls. It is designed to be applied by brush or roller, with spray application not recommended for health and safety reasons related to solvent-based paints. Coverage is approximately 17 m² per litre, and a typical 5 L tin is available.

For consistent colour, it is advised to purchase tinted paint from the same source to ensure uniform finish across the job. In cases of strong colour changes, an appropriately coloured Dulux Trade Undercoat may be necessary.

Usage

1. Stir thoroughly before use.
2. Apply 2 full coats of Dulux Trade Eggshell.
3. Use brush or roller only; spray application is not recommended.
4. For strong colour changes, use an appropriate coloured Dulux Trade Undercoat if necessary.
5. Allow 16–24 hours before recoating.
