Both lights have a wide lampshade in black lacquered metal with a spherical opal glass diffuser in the centre. The simple design language combined with the neutral black and white colour contrast makes Ava an elegant yet versatile lighting model that can be used across different interiors. The diffuser surrounds the light source, making it the centre of the lamp's visual design. When switched on, the glass sphere lights up in a beautiful, uniform glow that spreads out into the room and creates a pleasant light image. The pendant's lampshade faces downwards and therefore provides a downlight that spreads out over the area under the lamp, while the table lamp's upward-facing lampshade creates a scattered uplight in the room.
