Inspired Reciepe: 12 hand selected botanicals are divided between two groups, our Classic London Foundation and our intrinsic East India Company Gin Botanicals Craftsmanship Legacy: Distilled at Thames Distillers, in collaboration with Charles Maxwell, an 8th generation distiller in London The Alchemy: The Botanicals are steeped for fourteen hours prior to distillation, to impart the perfect level of flavour and balance to the gin The Distillation: distilled over six-hour period in a 25 litre still, Thumbelina, using 100% wheat for our English-made neutral spirit and then rested for one week, before being cut to 42% ABV.
