How do you set and adjust an internal or external rotor ignition easily? The Easyboost dial indicator timing gauge tool for 2-stroke engines provides a simple answer to this question. With the Easyboost ignition timing gauge tool, you can easily set a PVL, Malossi MHR, MVT DD, Doppler, Stage6, Polini, HPI or other internal rotor ignition. Whether it's a 2.25mm setting like with the MHR, or 1.4mm with the Selettra Italkit, or 3.3mm with the Malossi MHR on a Moto 50, you'll be able to set absolutely all types of ignition. To make it easier to read, the dial indicator screen is graduated from 0 to 9. This means that one turn of the needle represents a setting of 1mm. 1 graduation therefore represents 0.01mm. Adjustment can be made up to 9mm before top dead centre. The body of the Easyboost dial gauge is made of aluminium. The spindle has a chromium-based treatment to protect it from corrosion.
