CLEAR WATERPROOF SEALANT: Water Seal+ is a high-performance water repellent clear sealant for all porous building materials. The product can be applied to already damp surfaces, which will then dry out as the coating allows water to escape. In addition to acting as a water-proofer, it provides an invisible protective seal against oil, stains etc. on both horizontal and vertical surfaces. SUITABLE FOR MANY USES: This versatile sealer is an invisible waterproof agent that forms a long-lasting barrier, making it ideal as a concrete sealer, wood sealant, patio sealer, roof sealant paint, damp seal paint and many more. Water Seal+ is a perfect choice as a waterproofing sealant for treating external walls, fountains, garden stones, paving, headstones, wood structures, fences and decks. HOW TO USE: Our waterproof paint sealant can be used in just a few quick and easy steps: Firstly, shake well before use, then apply a generous, even coat with a brush, roller or garden spray. For more porous surfaces, apply a second coat of our damp proof paint whilst the surface is still damp. Finally, allow the sealer to cure overnight and expect optimum performance to be reached after 2-3 days. LONG LASTING PROTECTION: A 5 litre tub of our liquid water sealant forms a long-lasting barrier that covers up to 25m² based on one coat, depending on surface porosity. In addition, a waterproof coating of our leak sealer uses technology proven to increase thermal efficiency, helping to reduce heating costs.
