Roasted almond, cocoa, and a whisper of leather weave through the fruit, while cinnamon and clove spark a refined spice. At 56% c Palate: A lavish, sherry-kissed palate: full-bodied and velvety, with dark fruits—raisin, fig, plum—interlaced with orange marmalade, toffee and burnt sugar. Cocoa, almond paste and waxy oak add depth, while warm spices—clove, nutmeg and pepper—thread thr Finish: Long, luxurious finish where Oloroso sherry threads through dried fig, raisin and orange peel. Velvet sweetness deepens into toasted almond, cocoa and warm spice, with hints of leather and espresso fading to a sustained oak glow.
