SOIL TO SPIRIT… Our potato growing has recently gained LEAF Accreditation, as well as being Red Tractor Assured. Our ‘Soil to Spirit’ process also allows us to minimise waste – even the wonky potatoes make it into our English Vodka bottle. HOW WE MAKE OUR PRODUCTS… Proud of our craft, we make 100% of our alcohol from raw ingredients and control the whole process ourselves. The distillery is an integral part of this, giving us both the ability and artistic license to create base spirits that are completely our own.
