HLTCG tooth geometry – The special combination of trapezoidal and flat teeth combines low-tear-out pre-cutting with clean chip removal for an excellent cutting finish. Negative tooth angle – A -5° tooth angle ensures controlled cutting guidance and enables precise work in laminate and coated materials. PTFE coating – The low-friction surface reliably protects against corrosion, reduces friction and significantly extends the service life. Thermal Slots – Laser-cut expansion slots compensate for heat-induced expansion of the circular saw blade and reduce the resulting stress during intensive use. Vibration & Noise Control – Special laser-cut damping slots effectively reduce vibration, minimise noise and ensure smoother machine operation. Reducing rings included – Two knurled reducing rings each for 30/20 mm and 30/16 mm enable safe use on mitre saws with smaller spindle diameters.
