SLOW COOKED IN SMALL BATCHES | selected agave hearts go straight from the fields to our distillery, where they are chopped, stacked and slow-cooked for 24 hours . DOUBLE DISTILLED FOR PURITY | After fermentation, we double distill the agave mixture in copper-lined pots to extract only the richest parts of the spirit and preserve its natural flavor.
