El Recuerdo Mezcal, unaged 40% abv, 70cl

Aroma: Smooth herbal hints, slightly smoked with notes of cooked agave. Espadín agave Recuerdo Mezcal is meant to be savoured unhurriedly, in other words, sipped with "besitos" (Spanish for kisses). Recuerdo Mezcal is great in cocktails but we tend to like it neat, or why not alongside a cool crisp beer. A crystalline appearance, bright with silver shades.
