Topical Use: Dilute 10 drops (0.5mL) of essential oils with a good quality Fractionated Coconut Oil for use in massage to minimize skin sensitivity. This essential oil is not suitable for internal use, if ingested seek urgent medical attention. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas.
