Envirowear hi-visibility garments are designed with sustainability in mind, using recyclable fabrics and trims sourced from post-consumer plastic bottles. The products employ GRS-certified recycled polyester yarns and are produced through a closed-loop process, with end-of-life recycling planned to minimize waste. A hex-pattern heatsealed retro-reflective tape provides a flexible, comfortable fit. The range meets EN ISO 20471 Class 2 standards for high-visibility clothing and, for orange variants, RIS-GORT 3279 compliance. Wash performance is tested to 50 cycles without loss of appearance or reflective capability, and the fabrics offer UV protection rated SPF40. The materials and construction emphasize long-lasting use while reducing environmental impact throughout the product lifecycle.
