Envirowear delivers high-visibility workwear crafted from recycled fabrics and trims. Garments are made with 240gsm 100% polyester twill fabric using GRS-certified polyester yarns, designed to be durable yet soft. A hex-pattern heatsealed retro-reflective tape provides flexible, comfortable visibility, while triple-stitched seams and a 7 belt-loop waistband contribute to long-lasting wear. The range supports tall and short leg options and includes two cargo pockets. The products are produced through a closed-loop process, using post-consumer plastic bottles to create recycled fabrics and trims, with approximately 15 x 1L bottles used to produce one pair of trousers. They are tested to withstand up to 50 washes without sacrificing performance, including high-visibility compliance. End-of-life recycling is integrated via Circular Process, promoting a circular lifecycle for the garments. The items conform to EN ISO 20471 Class 2 High Visibility and RIS-3279-TOM for railway use, underscoring their suitability for regulated work environments.
