3 in 1 triple action mortar admixture that waterproofs, plasticises and retards, reducing water penetration, improving workability and allowing larger areas to be covered in one application. Ideal for use in renders including, dry dash, roughcast, harling and pebble-dashing. However, it can also be used in any cement mixture where waterproofing and increased workability are required in conjunction with retarded setting Once dry this admixture inhibits efflorescence, improves durability and improves insulation compared to non-added mixtures Can be used internally or externally and is chloride free (chloride ion content < 0.1%) Add to mix at an addition rate of 250 to 500ml per 50kg cement depending on the degree of plasticising / retardation required.
