Everbuild 402 Water Seal 5 L

Sika Water Sealer and Everbuild 402 Brick Stone Patio Cement Concrete Water Seal Protector are high-performance transparent water repellents designed to prevent water penetration on mineral substrates such as brick, stone, render, pebbledash, and concrete. Based on silicone resin technology, these formulas are solvent-free and non-flammable, aiming to provide long-lasting protection. They penetrate deeply into treated surfaces to improve water beading, remain UV resistant, and allow the surface to breathe so moisture vapour can evaporate. They can be applied to damp surfaces and by conventional garden spray, brush, or roller, offering durable, invisible protection against rain penetration on walls and other mineral substrates for many years.
