General description EVERBUILD® 405 Path & Patio Seal is a solvent-free acrylic coating designed to seal and protect patios, paths, natural stone, concrete, and block paving from the damaging effects of sunlight, water, oil, petrol, and organic growth. This milky solution dries to form a hard-wearing, water-repellent film that provides a low-sheen, slip-resistant finish, reducing dirt pickup and making cleaning easier. It is safer to use than conventional solvent-based products, being non-flammable and harmless to plants and animals when used as directed.
