EVERBUILD 711 Rapid Set Flexiplus is a rapid setting ceramic tile adhesive with added latex powder for improved flexibility. General description Everbuild 711 TileSet Flexiplus Tile Adhesive is a quick-setting floor and wall tile mortar enhanced with added latex powder for improved flexibility. It is suitable for both interior and exterior use, particularly where same-day fixing and grouting are required. Technical specifications Weight: 20kg Tested to EN12004 Class C2FTE S1 Installation Ensure surfaces are prepared and free from rising damp. Prime surfaces with EVERBUILD PVA BOND diluted 4 parts water to 1 part PVA Bond and allow to dry. For timber floors, cover with moisture-resistant exterior grade (marine) plywood, at least 12mm thick, secured with screws at 300mm centres. For softwood tongue and groove boarding, screw boards down to joists at 300mm centres and seal surfaces with EVERBUILD PVA BOND diluted 3 parts water to 1 part PVA Bond, allowing to dry. For existing tiling, ensure tiles are securely bonded to the wall or floor and roughen the surface of glazed tiles with a sander. Apply a bonding
