Everbuild Aquaseal Wet Room System is a comprehensive, all-in-one waterproofing solution designed to create a permanent, flexible watertight membrane before tiling in wet areas such as showers, wet rooms, bathrooms, and other spaces exposed to water. The kit brings together essential components for use on plasterboard, MDF, concrete, wet room boards, plywood, and similar substrates, and is suitable for interior and exterior use (including balconies and partially covered areas). Available in standard 4.5 m² and large 7.5 m² sizes, it follows tried-and-tested wet room tanking principles commonly used in Scandinavia and Germany, providing a reliable barrier for joints, corners, and pipe entries. The all-in-one package includes the primer, membrane, tape, and drain mat, with easy-to-follow instructions for straightforward installation both for DIY and professional use.

Installation

1. Apply Aquaseal Tanking Primer before the membrane and tape.
2. Apply the Tanking Membrane in two coats with a brush to create a flexible watertight layer.
3. Use the self-adhesive Tanking Tape to seal joints and corners.
4. Install the Tanking Drain Mat to accommodate movement around the drain outlet.
