Black Jack 902 Bitumen & Flashing Primer is a fast-drying, solvent-based primer designed to provide a key surface before applying bitumen paints, roof coatings, and flashings. It is suitable for exterior use and can be applied to concrete roofs and floors, cementitious screeds or renders, bitumen felt, weathered corrugated iron or steel, and wood. The primer is ready to use with no thinning required and can be applied by brush or spray, with thorough brushing to achieve a thin, even coverage. Drying time is typically 3–6 hours depending on conditions. It offers versatile adhesion in preparation for subsequent bituminous coatings and is available in 1-litre and 5-litre tins.
