Everbuild Black Jack Flashing Tape is a robust, self-adhesive flashing tape designed for effective sealing and waterproofing. It features a natural lead-look finish with an aluminum foil and bitumen rubber adhesive, providing a strong, durable bond that forms a waterproof seal when pressed into place by hand. The tape is available in a wide width of 450 mm and a length of 10 m, making it suitable for replacing lead flashing and for general flashing repairs. It bonds quickly to surfaces and can be used on roof ridges, insulating materials, lead gutters, and concrete cracks. When applying, ensure intimate contact with the substrate, remove the release liner gradually, and roll edges and overlaps to seal them properly. Overlaps should be at least 25 mm for a secure seal.
