Everbuild Everflex 335 Construction Silicone is a low-modulus, fast-curing silicone sealant designed to form weather-tight, rubber-like seals with lasting flexibility. It dries to a waterproof, durable seal and contains an anti-fungal compound to help prevent mold growth in high-humidity environments. Suitable for interior and exterior use, it adheres to a wide range of substrates including PVCu, timber, glass, aluminium, metals, plastics, and brick, making it versatile for general construction, glazing, perimeter pointing, weather sealing, and draughtproofing around windows and doors, panels, and formwork. The product is available in multiple colors and remains flexible over time, providing a reliable seal while allowing joint movement. Colors available include white, brown, transparent, grey, and black, and its low-dirt-pick-up formulation helps maintain a clean seal in challenging conditions.
