Everbuild Everflex 115 GP Building Mastic White 285ml EVBMASWH

Everbuild Everflex 115 GP Building Mastic is an oil-based sealant designed for general pointing and sealing in construction. It provides an effective weatherproof seal for various joints and surfaces and remains permanently plastic beneath its surface skin, allowing movement and expansion in joints. Suitable for internal and external perimeter pointing around doors and windows, it can seal around composite panels and low-movement vertical joints. The product adheres to concrete, brick, wood, metals, and glass without the need for a primer and can be overpainted with conventional decorative paints to increase durability. It features a high solids formulation with excellent gap-filling properties and good external weathering. Available in multiple colours including White, Brown, Grey and Stone, it is a traditional oil-based sealing solution with a flash point of 65°C and a semi-drying behavior. UV resistance keeps mechanical properties stable, though the product may discolour over time. Everflex 115 GP is designed for perimeter pointing and general sealing, suitable for internal and external applications around doors and windows and for sealing composite panels and low-movement vertical joints.
