Everbuild Everflex 200 LMA Silicone Sealant White 295 ml

Everflex® LMA 200 Contractor's Silicone is a cost-effective acetoxy cure sealant designed to adhesion to most smooth, non-porous materials. It features an anti-fungal compound to help prevent mould growth in high-humidity areas and is formulated to remain permanently flexible with a mid to low modulus. This versatile sealant is suitable for sealing and bonding across a range of applications, including glass to glass, glass to metal, sanitary ware, PVCu trims, worktops and laminates, window and door frames, gutters, and general draughtproofing. It cures quickly and exhibits low dirt pickup, aiding maintenance in damp environments. The product conforms to EN 15651 and BS5889 standards and is supplied in a white 295 ml cartridge. Proper surface preparation involves cleaning and drying the area, cutting the nozzle to the desired bead size, and applying with a caulking gun to achieve clean, even lines.
