Everbuild Everflex 225 Industrial & Glazing Silicone Brushed Steel

Everbuild EverFlex 225 Industrial & Glazing Silicone is a mid-modulus acetoxy-cure silicone sealant designed for glazing and industrial applications. It cures quickly to form a permanently flexible, high-strength waterproof seal and offers durable adhesion in demanding environments. The formulation is suitable for sealing glass to glass, glass to metal, and glass to aluminium, and can also be used as an adhesive for PVCu trims and cladding. It is compatible with worktops, laminated panels, and window frames made of metal, timber, or PVCu, and is ideal for sealing around gutters and for industrial gasket sealing. For best results, apply to clean, dry surfaces, ensure an appropriate bead size, smooth as needed, and allow the specified curing time for a durable seal. The product features waterproof performance, low dirt pick-up, and a permanently flexible seal that withstands temperatures up to 200°C.
