SikaSeal Construction Silicone + is a low-modulus, fast-curing acetoxy silicone sealant designed for interior and exterior use. It provides a weatherproof, rubber-like seal with minimal dirt pickup and remains flexible to accommodate joint movement. The formulation includes an antifungal component to resist black mould growth, making it suitable for damp or humid environments. It bonds to a wide range of substrates, including PVCu, brick, glass, aluminium, plastics, and timber, and supports sealing and perimeter pointing for windows, doors, and pre-formed panels. This sealant is intended for general construction applications, glazing, weather sealing, draught proofing, and related sealing or pointing tasks.
