Everbuild Everflex 700T Silicone Brown 300ml Sealant

Everbuild Everflex 700T LMN Silicone is a fast-curing, low modulus neutral-cure RTV silicone sealant designed for the PVCu and roofline industry. It adheres to a wide range of porous and non-porous surfaces without priming, provides flexible, weatherproof sealing, and remains permanently flexible to accommodate joint movement. The brown sealant is suitable for internal and external use around windows, doors, rooflines, and other surfaces, and it resists mold and bacteria while offering low dirt pick up and good external weathering properties.
