The Everbuild Heat Mate Heat-Resistant Black Sealant is a high-performance, permanently flexible silicone designed for high-temperature sealing. It offers strong adhesion to non-porous surfaces, remains durable under heat, and forms a waterproof seal suitable for industrial components, gaskets, oven doors, chimneys, and heating appliances. The sealant tolerates a wide temperature range, with long-term service up to 275°C and short-term peaks near 300°C, and it withstands temperatures from -40°C to 250°C in normal use. It is supplied in a form that fits into a standard caulking gun, and the black color helps seals be easily identifiable. The product cures over time, forming a robust joint with low shrinkage and good elongation, and it is not intended for porous surfaces. Surface preparation should ensure cleanliness and dryness for best adhesion.
