Everbuild Mitre Fast Bonding Kit Standard Wood Adhesives

Mitre Fast Bonding Kit is a two-part instant adhesive system consisting of a cyanoacrylate adhesive and an aerosol activator. It is designed for quick bonding in furniture, timber, kitchen, and plastics applications, with the ability to bond mitre joints rapidly and reduce assembly times compared with conventional wood adhesives. The system is suitable for bonding MDF, wood, rubber, PVCu, metals, and other common materials, providing strong, fast-setting bonds and gap-filling capability for small joints. The adhesive is high-viscosity to reduce absorption into porous surfaces and can fill gaps up to 0.2 mm. The kit supports efficient production line bonding and various profiles, trims, frames, and end strips where precise mitre joints are required.

Usage

For a perfect mitre quickly, apply the activator and then the adhesive. It allows 10 seconds for positioning and bonds to MDF, wood, rubber, and most plastics, enabling rapid, clean mitre assemblies.
