Mitre Fast Bonding Kit is a two-part instant adhesive system consisting of a cyanoacrylate adhesive and an aerosol activator. It is designed for quick bonding in the furniture, timber, kitchen, and plastics industries, dramatically reducing mitre joint assembly times compared with conventional wood adhesives. The system bonds a variety of materials, including MDF, wood, chipboard, rubber, plastics, Perspex, uPVC, ceramics, aluminium, and other metals. The adhesive is high-viscosity, providing gap filling up to 0.2 mm and reducing absorption on porous surfaces. It is suitable for applications such as cornice and profile mitres, trims, picture frames, skirting and architrave joints, worktop end strips, and PVCu trims, and is useful for production lines requiring rapid bonding. The kit includes a 50 g adhesive and a 200 ml spray activator. The product is formulated to enable fast setting and strong bonds across a range of temperatures and materials relevant to furniture and fabrication contexts.
