Everbuild Opti-Mix 3-in-1 Render Additive 1 Litre

Everbuild Opti-Mix 3-in-1 Render Additive is a multipurpose mortar admix designed for use with renders. It acts as a plasticiser, open-time extender, waterproofing agent, and salt inhibitor to improve mix consistency and longevity. The additive helps form stable air bubbles for smoother, more manageable renders, boosts waterproofing, and reduces salt permeation and efflorescence risk. A measured dosage supports a controlled, waste-minimising mix, with one litre of additive equivalent to 25 litres of standard product. It has been tested to EN934-3 (2009) + A1 (2012).
