The Everbuild Stixall Extreme Power Easi Squeeze is a one-part, chemically curing, solvent-free sealant and adhesive designed to bond a wide range of common building surfaces. It combines the strengths of silicone and polyurethane technologies to provide a strong initial grab, non-slip and gap-filling performance for both interior and exterior use. The formulation is waterproof and weatherproof, can be applied to wet surfaces, and remains permanently flexible with 20% movement accommodation. It adheres to metals, plastics, glass, concrete, plaster, plasterboard, polyester, Perspex, wood, enamel, and painted surfaces, and is non-staining on marble and granite. The product is resistant to chemicals and petrol and tolerates extreme temperatures from -40°C to +150°C. It also contains a biocide to help prevent mould growth.
