General description This Everbuild Wet Rot Wood Hardener is a highly penetrative solution containing selected resins in a solvent that soaks deeply into decaying wood fibers. It dries to leave the wood hard and resistant to further moisture penetration, providing a cost-effective alternative to replacing joinery affected by wet rot. The hardener binds damaged wood to form a solid base for repairs and helps reduce water ingress, making it ideal for strengthening, reinforcing, and sealing both softwood and hardwood prior to painting.
