Evolution 40L Long Broaching Cutter

Cyclone Premium core drills by Evolution are designed for fast, precise drilling in high-strength steel. Made from tungsten-molybdenum steel S360, these drills outperform M2 high-speed steel and cobalt bits in hardness, offering improved durability and efficiency. Made in Britain, they feature universal compatibility with a 19 mm Weldon shank and two integrated plates suitable for most standard magnetic drills. The base size provided is 40 mm in diameter and 50 mm in length, with ranges available from 12 to 65 mm diameters and 25 mm or 50 mm depths. Also available are 3-piece and 6-piece cutter kits. Evolution Broaching Cutters use fully ground M2 steel for longer life, enabling more holes per kit and better economy and performance than standard annular cutting bits. The 40 mm × 50 mm cutters are part of a range designed for accurate, smooth holes in one pass.
