STORAGE AND IGNITING TIPS: Our pellets are in handy resealable grab bags to help keep them free from moisture. They should be stored in a cool, dry place preferably indoors. However, should you have problems igniting them try these tips: 1. Fill the woodfire appliance pellet hopper to the top 2. Press the 'ignite' button again. 3.
