General description Bedec Extra-Flex Masonry Paint is an elastomeric coating designed for the protection of various exterior surfaces, including masonry, roughcast, pebble-dash, brickwork, cement, and concrete. This paint is water-based and quick-drying, providing a smooth finish that lasts. It stretches up to 400% to accommodate movement in the substrate, effectively bridging fine cracks that may occur in conventional masonry paints. It can also be applied over previously painted surfaces after proper preparation.
