FAIRTRADE RUM FROM BELIZE – Produced using Fairtrade-certified sugar cane from Belize, this limited-edition expression builds upon FAIR's signature Belize rum with an additional cask finish designed to create greater depth and complexity. FINISHED IN ACACIA WOOD – Initially matured in American oak before being finished in acacia casks, an unusual secondary maturation that adds distinctive floral, honeyed and gently woody characteristics to the aged Belize rum. VANILLA, CARAMEL & TOASTED COCONUT – Expect vanilla, coconut and honey aromas followed by caramel, toasted wood, gentle spice and candied orange. The palate develops nutty molasses character before a lingering coconut and vanilla finish. A DISTINCTIVE SIPPING RUM – Best enjoyed neat or over ice to explore the influence of the acacia finish, while its rich vanilla, caramel and spice character also works beautifully in an elevated Rum Old Fashioned.
